LEGAL PRACTICE
As a principal of Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, Laura J. (Freedman) Magedoff, Esq. is the head of the firm’s transactional practice. She handles all aspects of representing business clients through the firm’s offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Her experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents spans a wide variety of substantive areas, such as buy/sell transaction documents, financing agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, corporate resolutions, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, independent contractor agreements, employment manuals and agreements, severance agreements, commercial lease agreements, privacy policies, website disclaimers, intellectual property license and assignment agreements and purchase order terms and conditions. She provides legal advice to a wide range of business entities, ranging from multi-state and international corporations to small businesses and community associations.
