Gary D. Nissenbaum, Esq. is the managing attorney and founding principal of the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC. He has practiced continuously in the area of business litigation and transactions for over forty years. As a principal of Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, Laura J. (Freedman) Magedoff, Esq. is the head of the firm’s transactional practice. She handles all aspects of representing business clients through the firm’s offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Her experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents spans a wide variety of substantive areas. As a principal of the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, Anthony C. Gunst, IV, Esq. is the head of both the firm’s professional responsibility and commercial litigation practices. His attorney ethics defense team handles professional responsibility matters in three states: New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. It provides both legal representation for attorneys going through random attorney trust account audits, as well as those who may be the subject of ethics investigations, pre-trial hearings, administrative trials or appeals. Ms. Roos attended The Pennsylvania State University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. During law school, she served as the Executive Comments Editor for the Penn State Law Review, was a legal intern at Dow Jones & Company, and was a student clinician at the Penn State Arts, Sports & Entertainment Law Clinic. Madeline M. Kopp, Esq. is an associate attorney with the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC. Her practice is focused on commercial transactional, litigation, and ethics defense matters. Ms. Kopp attended Rutgers School of Law, where in addition to her J.D., she also received a certificate in intellectual property law.
